This sophisticated formula combines two categories of hydroxy acids for comprehensive exfoliation. Our 5% Glycolic Acid (AHA) with its small molecular size penetrates effectively to break the bonds between dead skin cells accelerating cell turnover and revealing fresher brighter skin beneath. We’ve added Lactic Acid another AHA with larger molecules for gentler exfoliation plus humectant properties that actually draw moisture to the skin preventing the dryness common with AHA products. For those prone to congestion and breakouts our 0.5% Salicylic Acid (BHA) is oil-soluble allowing it to penetrate into pores and clear the sebum and dead skin that causes blackheads and acne. This concentration is effective for daily use without excessive drying or irritation. To ensure comfortable exfoliation we’ve buffered the actives with soothing ingredients including Centella Asiatica to calm potential irritation and support skin healing Allantoin for its anti-inflammatory and skin-conditioning properties and Panthenol to strengthen the barrier as it’s being renewed. The pH is optimized at 3.8 for effective acid activity while remaining tolerable for regular use. How to use: After cleansing apply to cotton pad and sweep across face avoiding eye area. Start with every other evening and gradually increase to nightly as tolerated. Always follow with moisturizer. Mandatory SPF during the day. Do not use with retinol or other strong actives on the same evening.
